Hard Bounce
A permanent delivery failure of an email.
Hard bounces occur when an email cannot be delivered due to permanent reasons, such as an invalid email address or a closed account. These should be removed from the email list immediately to maintain a clean list and protect sender reputation. High hard bounce rates may indicate poor list hygiene or outdated contact data.
